NCA Integration Of New Arrivals Policy Statement

The National Citizens Alliance (NCA) supports the integration of new arrivals into Canada with specific emphasis on economic, social, basic culture, habits, and being first and foremost a Canadian.

As a party, we support new arrivals promoting and enhancing their homeland cultural, but without any funding from the government, and while at the same time integrating into the basic cultural norms of Canada.

The National Citizens Alliance rejects the globalist agenda of creating a Canada that is devoid of a distinct identity and heritage, including the commonly called cultural mosaic that has no distinct values, beliefs, and cultural norms or post national globalist state.

Although the National Citizens Alliance embraces the concept of diversity, we place greater emphasis upon the value of Canada’s historical identity and cultural heritage, and unity of the country. In addition, we recognize the limits on diversity as to the well-being and security of the Canadian people.

The National Citizens Alliance believes that it is a privilege to come to Canada, rather than a right. In addition, the National Citizens Alliance believes that the onus is on new arrivals to prove that they share our values and can contribute to Canada’s prosperity.

Further, we as a party acknowledge that economic and culture integration can be very challenging for a newcomer who seeks integration, and yet at the same time goes against his or her traditional homeland cultural and societal norms.

To encourage integration and promote the success of a new immigrant, the National Citizens Alliance supports the following:

● Screening newcomers before entering Canada based upon a willingness to embrace Canada’s distinct traditional identity, heritage, and basic cultural norms

● Creating a support network for newcomers who have a genuine interest in integration that may be counter to their traditional homeland culture and societal norms

● Allowing expedited immigration for those applicants who can immediately integrate into our economic, social, and cultural norms; reach out to preferred communities to assist them with the number of their immigration applicants

● Rejecting applicants before entering Canada who we do not have enough information on to conduct a reasonable assessment of their security status and ability to integrate

● Denying entry to our country individuals who have a reasonable potential to commit acts of terrorism and/or undermine the values that distinguish us as a free and democratic society

● Amending the Safe Third Country Agreement with the United States of America to the effect that no asylum cases will accepted for migrants entering from the USA

● Making the ability to integrate into Canadian society over a reasonable amount of time a fundamental requirement for permanent residency and citizenship

● Deporting immediately any new arrival who commits an indictable offense

● Collaborating with provincial and municipal authorities, as well as relevant charity and non-profit organizations for the integration of new arrivals into our country

● Establishing official language proficiency as a basis for immigration approval

● Requiring permanent residents and any other non-citizen to reside in Canada for a minimum of 10 years prior to being allowed to apply for citizenship
